Each year, Women in Tech Comm gather to build networks, discuss central concerns in the field, and exchange ideas about the topics most pressing to the group. In 2014, for example, the luncheon focused on mentoring because attendees at the 2013 luncheon expressed a need for cross-institutional mentoring.
